Registration Requirements
Initial Registration
1. Submit Athlete Agent Application Form with original signature to our Athlete Agent Registration office.
2. Include filing fee of $200.00 paid by check, money order or cash. Please make checks payable to the NC Department of the Secretary of State.
Renewals
A certificate of registration is valid for one year from the date issued. A registered athlete agent must renew their registration before the end of that year.
A renewal filing will consist of the following filed with our Athlete Agent Registration Office:
1. Application for Renewal as an Athlete Agent
2. Renewal fee of $200.00 paid by check, money order, or cash.
