eNotary Solution Providers

The new electronic and remote electronic notary (REN) program requires existing eNotary solutions to comply with improved technology, laws, standards and protocols. The providers will not be onboarding additional eNotaries until the technology systems meet the new compliance standards. We expect to start receiving applications in October, with newly approved electronic notary solutions and remote electronic notary platforms available in January 2026. We appreciate your patience as we implement these statutory improvements to our eNotary program. Check back for updates on our progress.
