Annual Report Due Dates
Business Corporations: 15th day of the 4th month following the entity’s fiscal year end. For December fiscal year ends, the due date is April 15th unless this date falls on a holiday or weekend.Limited Liability Companies: April 15th of each year following the year of the effective date of creation. This report is due for the current year. If the year is 2022, the annual report due is for 2022 in April.
Limited Liability Partnerships: The same as a business corporation the 15th day of the 4th month following the entity’s fiscal year end. For December fiscal year ends, the due date is April 15th unless this date falls on a holiday or weekend.
Professional entities created under Chapter 55B and Nonprofit Corporations created under Chapter 55A do not file annual reports and will not be able to file an annual report online.
Filings Options
You will see one or more of the following buttons, the meanings are indicated below.-
File Your First Annual Report
- The entity has not filed the first annual report, which is currently due.

File Current Annual Report Due
- The annual report for the current year is due.

File Annual Report due for 20xx,20xx, etc.
- Past annual reports for the years indicated are current delinquent and may cause the Secretary to begin the administrative dissolution process.

No Annual Reports are currently due for this entity.
- All annual reports required have been submitted and filed.

File an amended Annual Report
- You can amend the last filed annual report if there are any changes prior to the next annual report due date. Must report changes within 60 days of the change.
