Where is my UPS package?

More and More the Secretary of State’s Office is getting questions regarding where their UPS package is. The Authentication staff processes and returns the documents using the self-addressed stamped envelope or pre-paid courier label provided. Once it leaves our office we have no control over where it is located.

There have been a lot of issues surrounding UPS tracking and delivery. When we investigated and asked the question, “I am the Shipper, and I need to know where this package is.” The response we received online was not encouraging and is available by clicking the question above – the second paragraph is most important. When determining which courier to use, please take this notice into consideration.
