Search

Search for the Trademark via the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office at TMNG | IDML (uspto.gov) page.

Goods are in classes 1-34. Services are in classes 35-45. You can search by typing the name of the good(s) or service(s) you provide in the search window.

Carefully read the descriptions to ensure you select the correct classification for your goods and services.

For example:

  • Adhesive tags made of leather for purses fall under Class 18
  • Adhesive tags made of textile/fabrics for purses fall under Class 24
  • Adhesive tags made of metal for purses fall under Class 6

You also can search for the goods and services you provide by entering the classification number in the search window

However, you must place two (2) zeros in front of single-digit classification numbers and one (1) zero in front of two-digit classification numbers
