Article 31 of Chapter 66 in the North Carolina General Statutes is known as the Membership Camping Act. This legislation regulates membership camping contracts executed at least in part in North Carolina after January 1, 1993, regardless of the location of the membership camping operator’s principal office or campground facilities.
