The “Thank You” page confirms the submission of your Solicitation Exemption Request form and provides steps for what to do afterward.
This page gives you information about what will happen next.
- Your exemption request will be received within 10 working days.
- If your submission is incomplete, you will be given an opportunity to submit missing information within 30 days. If you fail to provide the missing information within the time allowed, your exemption request will be denied.
- If your submission is complete and meets legal requirements for granting an exemption, you will receive an exemption letter giving the basis of your exemption and its expiration date, if any.
- If your organization does not qualify for an exemption under N.C.G.S. §131F-3(3), your exemption request will be denied and you will need to submit a license application. Note: You may file license applications online.
