Existing Rules Review

The Existing Rules Review page gives you an overview of the rules we already have in place. These are rules that we are required to review every ten years in a formal process called “Existing Rules Review.” It gives the public an opportunity to comment. The dates for rules review are set by the North Carolina Rules Review Commission.
