Proposed Changes to Our Rules
This takes you to the Current Rulemaking page where you find an explanation of the Secretary’s authority in rulemaking.
When we do engage in rulemaking, this page will include information about the proposed rules such as:
- The text of the proposed rule
- How to submit comments
- Information about any public hearings on the proposed rules
At the bottom of the page, you see three hyperlinks: Proposed Rule Change; Small, Technical Rule Changes; and Recent Closed Rulemaking. See Figure 8.
Click on the first hyperlink in Figure 8 to see the latest proposed rule changes.
