North Carolina General Statutes Chapter 57D - North Carolina Limited Liability Company Act. Article 6 - Dissolution. Section 57D-6-06 - Administrative dissolution

If a revoked business tries to conduct business in North Carolina without authority, the consequences are explained in NC G.S. § 55-15-02.
