Navigating to Online Business Services
Navigate to the Online Business Services page. This can be done in two different ways:
- From the Main Secretary of State’s webpage under Online Services, click “See All Services” Scroll down to the alphabet and click “B” for Business Registration Division. Click the tile for “Online Business Services.”
- From the Main Secretary of State’s webpage, click “Divisions .” Choose “Business Registration, “ the upper left box or tile. Scroll down to the services provided in the Business Registration Division and Choose “ Online Business Services.”
Uploading the Document
From the “Online Business Services” page for the Business Registration Division you have the option to:
- Upload a Creation Filing or
- Upload a Filing to an Existing Entity.
These links are in the right green bar. You will find other links regarding your uploaded documents and submissions by scrolling down to the Submitting Documents Online Section of this page.
